Who We Are
We’re Jasper and Rebecca — husband and wife, and a few external assistants are the entire team behind our small consultancy. What you see is what you get: no departments, no hierarchy, no corporate polish.
Just us — two people who love what we do, working directly with our clients to make a real difference.
Our Story
We’ve both grown from the ground up in the hospitality and lettings industries. Our journey started on the floor — serving guests, managing properties, and learning what it really takes to run a business from the inside out. Over the years, we worked our way through every level: from daily operations and customer care to management and strategic planning.
With more than 50 years of combined hands-on experience, we’ve seen it all — what works, what doesn’t, and what can be done better. That first-hand understanding now shapes the
honest, practical advice we share with our clients every day.
Where We’re Based
Rebecca was raised here in North Devon, and I’ve worked in this beautiful region for over twenty years. It’s more than just where we live — it’s home. The landscapes, the people, and the sense of community are at the heart of who we are and how we work.
Having worked nationally throughout England and Scotland as well as internationally in the United States, Australia and mainland Europe we are well-placed to professionally support a range of clients.
From our base in North Devon, we support clients locally, across the UK, and beyond — landlords, letting agents, and hospitality business owners who want to grow their businesses with confidence and a personal touch.
